戚城文物景区简介

戚城文物景区位于濮阳市城区南端，是依托全国重点文物保护单位——戚城遗址建设的集文物保护、文化展示、城市公园、休闲旅游于一体的考古遗址公园。2004年12月被评为国家4A级旅游景区，年均接待量120万人左右。景区自建设以来，党和国家领导人江泽民、李克强、布赫、盛华仁、张梅颖、厉无畏等都曾莅临参观。    Qicheng Cultural Relics Scenic Area is located at the southern end of the urban area of Puyang. It is an archaeological  site park based on the major historic site under state protection--Qicheng Site, which integrates cultural relics protection, cultural exhibition, city park and leisure tourism into a whole. In December 2004, it was rated as a national 4A tourist attraction. Its annual average reception number is 1.2 million. Since the scenic area was established, Party and state leaders such as Jiang Zemin, Li Keqiang, Bu He, Sheng Huaren, Zhang Meiying and Li Wuwei have visited it.               

戚城文物景区占地700余亩，东部以人文景观为主，集中展示濮阳古代文明成果，在此可探究博大精深的上古文化、追溯源远流长的龙文化、领略波澜壮阔的春秋文化，它是濮阳悠久历史、人杰地灵的缩影。西部是为保护戚城遗址而建的园林景观，绿树成荫、青草连绵、繁花似锦的戚园与“桑间濮上”的田园风光交相融汇，平添了几许诗情与浪漫。戚地也是戚姓、孙姓两大姓氏的主要发源地。

Qicheng Cultural Relics Scenic Area covers 46.7 hectares. The eastern part is occupied by cultural landscape, displaying the achievements of ancient civilization of Puyang. Here visitors can explore the profound prehistoric culture, trace the long-standing dragon culture and experience the great culture of the Spring and Autumn Period. It is an epitome of Puyang which has a long-standing history, a great land and lots of talents. The western part is occupied by the garden landscape built for protecting Qicheng Site. The Qi Park with luxuriant trees, green grasses and flourishing flowers integrates with the idyllic scenery of Puyang, showing the poetic romance. Qi was also the major birthplace of people with the surnames of Qi and Sun.

景区游览景点包括阙门、会盟台、戚城遗址、颛顼玄宫、戚城历史陈列馆、子路博物馆等十余处。

There are several scenic spots in the scenic area, including the Gate Tower, Alliance Platform, Qicheng Site, Zhuanxu’s Xuan Palace, Exhibition Hall of the History of Qicheng and Zilu Museum.
